Payment:
Please note that payment must be received before goods can be
forwarded. Please choose from the following payment options. Bankcard,
Mastercard, Visa, Using Paypal, and Direct Bank Deposit.
Prices:
All prices are quoted in AUD Prices are subject to change without
notification due to fluctuations in the dollar and the rising costs of
raw materials.
Delivery:
Once you have made your selection, our aim is to deliver your choice
where possible within 10 days. (Note: Naturally when jewellery items
are made to order it may take a little longer but the wait will be
worth it.)
Postage and Handling:
All parcels are sent registered through Australia Post. A standard
handling fee of $2.50 is charged on all despatched orders.
Colours:
The colour on your screen is affected by the settings on your monitor
& the type of web browser you are using.
Jewellery:
Every product is professionally handmade. Components used are sourced
globally & are often exclusive.
Our Guarantee:
In line with our commitment to quality, value and service, we stand by
our products so you can buy with confidence.
If you receive a faulty item, please return it with the receipt in an
unaltered condition within 21 days of purchase including a description
of the fault.
Replacement products will be sent at no extra freight cost if goods are
found to be faulty. We are unable to accept change of mind purchases.
Except as provided by law, no warranty or guarantee, is given or
liability accepted, for any damage to the product due to external
causes, including accidental misuse, or use of the product other than
for the manner intended for the product.
Refund Policy:
We exchange goods if returned within 10 days.
The item/s has to be in its original packaging and in an unaltered
condition.
Please ring to authorise exchange before returning the goods. We do not
accept responsibility for damage or loss through Australia post, these
issues should be directed to Australia post.
